Meet Dr. Dereck Segarra

Born and raised in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, Dr. Dereck Segarra brings a personal and compassionate approach to chiropractic care. As a bilingual chiropractor, he ensures that patients feel comfortable and understood, whether speaking English or Spanish.

Dr. Segarra holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (RUM) and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in December 2022.

His journey into chiropractic care began with his own experience overcoming the challenges of scoliosis. This personal connection fuels his commitment to helping others regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve a higher quality of life.
