In 2016, Dr. Chris established Pain Free Chiropractic, driven by a passion for chiropractic care and a vision for a patient-centric approach. Dr. Chris's commitment to ethical and effective treatment led him to break away from conventional practices that included aggressive sales strategies, superfluous x-rays, costly treatment regimens, and unconventional operating hours. This departure from the norm compelled him to create his chiropractic practice, one that eliminates these negative aspects and prioritizes you, the patient. We take immense pride in delivering the most patient-centered chiropractic therapy available to the Central Florida community.
Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Alyssa Stuczynski, affectionately known as Dr. Stu, found her home in Indiana at the age of 8. Her journey into sports began in high school, where she engaged in cross country, track, swimming, and show choir. However, a hip injury during her sophomore year halted her running career temporarily. Despite medical exploration, it was a chiropractor who brought relief. Rediscovering her love for running, she became a 2x marathoner and embraced CrossFit, winning competitions with her fiance. Driven by her experience, she pursued chiropractic school to help others return to their favorite activities pain-free. Today, Dr. Stuczynski remains dedicated to making a positive impact on her patients' lives while enjoying leisure moments with her fiance and two golden retrievers.
Kerstin is the front office manager for Pain Free Chiropractic. She graduated from UCF and has two daughters who are both National Championship rowers. Kerstin also is on the Winter Park Crew Board of Directors as the Vice President of Public Relations
Liliana is from Peru, and moved to Orlando in 2005. In 2011 she graduated as a massage therapist. She is very passionate about her work and over the years has mastered techniques such as deep tissue, and Swedish massage and also experience with cupping, sports massage, prenatal massages, and trigger points.
Paula is an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in techniques such as Headache Relief, Reflexology, Reiki, and more. Her journey began in 2011 when she graduated from The Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, FL. Building on her foundation, she furthered her education and skills by earning a diploma in Spa Therapy from The Beauty Schools of America.
Colleen is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience. She provides advanced clinical and sports massage for injury prevention, recovery and maintenance. She specializes in deep tissue and cupping. She is certified in Neuromuscular, Myofacial Release, Trigger Points, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral and Swedish massage therapy. Her massages are very therapeutic and healing.
Brie is a Licensed Massage Therapist living and working in Orlando, FL. Her style consists of a combination of Myofascial release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Slow Intentional Swedish Strokes. She incorporates passive stretching to increase range of motion in the muscles and joints. Each body is different, and she strives to curate your treatment to best suit your individual needs.
