In 2016, Dr. Chris established Pain Free Chiropractic, driven by a passion for chiropractic care and a vision for a patient-centric approach. Dr. Chris's commitment to ethical and effective treatment led him to break away from conventional practices that included aggressive sales strategies, superfluous x-rays, costly treatment regimens, and unconventional operating hours. This departure from the norm compelled him to create his chiropractic practice, one that eliminates these negative aspects and prioritizes you, the patient. We take immense pride in delivering the most patient-centered chiropractic therapy available to the Central Florida community.
Paula is an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in techniques such as Headache Relief, Reflexology, Reiki, and more. Her journey began in 2011 when she graduated from The Acupuncture and Massage College in Miami, FL. Building on her foundation, she furthered her education and skills by earning a diploma in Spa Therapy from The Beauty Schools of America.
Kerstin is the front office manager for Pain Free Chiropractic. She graduated from UCF and has two daughters who are both National Championship rowers. Kerstin also is on the Winter Park Crew Board of Directors as the Vice President of Public Relations

Dr. Dereck Segarra, a bilingual chiropractor from Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, earned a Kinesiology degree from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College in December 2022. Inspired by his own experience with scoliosis, he specializes in rehabilitating musculoskeletal conditions through manual adjustments and therapeutic techniques, helping patients achieve pain-free, purposeful lives. Outside work, he enjoys outdoor activities, gym workouts, family time, beach visits, and is an avid NBA fan.

Brittany is a seasoned administrative assistant with 7 years of experience in healthcare, known for her efficiency and adaptability across medical settings. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of two, a family-oriented individual, and an active promoter in the EDM scene. Licensed in tattooing, Brittany also pursues her passion for self-expression and creativity. She is a strong advocate for authenticity and chasing big dreams.
Colleen is a Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience. She provides advanced clinical and sports massage for injury prevention, recovery and maintenance. She specializes in deep tissue and cupping. She is certified in Neuromuscular, Myofacial Release, Trigger Points, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, Cranial Sacral and Swedish massage therapy. Her massages are very therapeutic and healing.

Laura, is a licensed massage therapist with over 13 years of experience specializing in advanced pain-relief and therapeutic techniques. She works closely with the chiropractic team at Pain Free Chiropractic to help patients reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term healing. Her areas of expertise include myofascial release, neuromuscular massage, Graston technique, and lymphatic drainage, allowing her to effectively address chronic pain, soft-tissue dysfunction, and post-injury conditions.
